Welcome to Bullfrog Ballades
Hello, wayfaring friend. Welcome to Bullfrog Ballades. Have you been searching for songs, stories, books, poetry, plays and/or classes about compassion, respect for people, and for the beauty and well being of the earth and its creatures? If so, you have come to the right place.
Some species of frogs are endangered. In the commercial swamp, inspiring, playful songs and stories that offer children and grownups gentle, inspiring, practical, pathways to peace might be just as rare. But you have found them, alive and kicking, right here!
Mission / Vision
Through music, poetry, stories, theatre, dance, dreams, humor, listening,
stillness, and dialogue, I teach, inspire, and explore the following, while continuing to learn how to practice them, myself.
(1) COMPASSION, GRATITUDE, and PEACE
a. Sharing and teaching Nonviolent Communication(NVC) to
resolve conflicts; transforming shame, blame and judgment of
ourselves and others into compassion.
b. Caring and compassion for myself.
c. Gratitude, and care for the well being of all people, and for the
beauty and well being of the earth and its creatures.
(2) RESPECT, DIVERSITY, AND SPIRITUAL ALIGNMENT
a. Respecting, valuing, and welcoming differences in ourselves and
in one another.
b. Exploring and discovering how these differences can contribute
to the well being and happiness of one another, and to the world.
c. Connecting with a universal spirit present both within and
outside of myself while respecting the religions and spiritual
paths of others.
